In 2021 we have:
- signed a 1.300.000€ yearly contract with a Saudi Arabian company for implementation of our APIs to their system
- signed a LOIs for two additional contracts with the same Saudi Arabian company
- in talks with additional Bahrain contracts for 2022
- development ongoing
- opened three different new projects, all under the 4-Soft umbrella
- signed LOIs for 500.000€ investment for the Q1 2022 period
- signed LOIs for about 250.000€ investment for the Q2 period
- signed new development team of 90 in December
- incorporated holding company in the Netherlands (we will migrate your shares to the new holding company in the next few months)
- 30+ new development, contract, and investment partners
In 2022 we are looking forward to:
- research phase of the Phantera starting in January
- new development team starting in January
- 500.000€ round finalization by 1.2.2022
- 1.000.000€ round finalization by 1.5.2022
- 2.000.000€ round finalization by 1.10.2022
- new offices in Ljubljana and Dubai/Doha
- development completion
- Saudi Arabian contract completion
